Happy & Well Kinesiology: A Mindfulness-Based, Heart-Centred Approach Where Health is Sacred

Can you please explain what kinesiology is and how it can help me?

 

Kinesiology is a holistic approach to health and wellness which works with the bodies own innate healing intelligence. It is a non invasive natural system of healing. Kinesiology works with all the systems of the body to restore health & balance. During a session we use Eastern healing modalities in combination with Western Physiological science to address the root of the imbalance, block or issue to help clear stress and return back to a state of health, balance, harmony and connection.

 

What is the process?

 

Kinesiology sessions are available in person in Bunbury or by distance, so you can receive support from anywhere in the world. A session typically lasts up to 90 minutes.

To get the most from your session, it's recommended to allow at two weeks for integration, supported by simple, personalised strategies. The number of sessions needed will vary depending on how long the issue has been present and the depth of healing required.

 

How does distance kinesiology work?

 

We are energetic beings - everything in us is made of energy, constantly vibrating at different frequencies. When our energy becomes imbalanced or stuck, it can affect how we feel emotionally, physically & spiritually. Healing is about bringing that energy back into balance.

Because kinesiology and energetic medicine work directly with the body’s energy systems, sessions can be done in person or by distance to receive equally effective results.

 

What are some of the issues you've treated with kinesiology?

 

I've successfully supported clients with anxiety, chronic stress, trauma recovery, physical pain, hormonal imbalances, sleep issues, fatigue, digestive concerns, grief, low self-worth, burnout and feeling stuck. Will I feel better after just one session?

 

Yes, most clients report feeling noticeably lighter, calmer or more balanced after just one session. Kinesiology works with the body’s natural healing intelligence to bring immediate shifts. However, for meaningful, long-lasting transformation, completing a full series of sessions is highly recommended. We'll discuss a personalised healing plan together during your first visit to ensure it aligns with your needs and goals.

How many sessions are recommended for long-term issues?

 

For issues that have been present for a while, I generally recommend starting with 4–6 sessions. This allows time to gently peel back the layers, release old patterns and support your body, mind, heart and energy system to integrate lasting change.
